AACE Endowed Scholarship Award

This scholarship fund was established in 2019 by the American Association of Cancer Education (AACE) to provide one or more awards, not to exceed $1,500.00, to support attendance to the International Cancer Education Conference (ICEC), co-hosted by AACE, to present papers, posters or creative work focused in the area of global (national and/or international) cancer education. This program provides financial assistance to applicants from Minority Serving Institutions or Practicing Professionals (terminal degree not required).

Each year, the AACE Awards and Scholarships Committee chooses an attendee of the International Cancer Education Conference to receive a travel scholarship to attend the conference.

Selection for 2023

Applications for the AACE Endowed Scholarship Award are now closed. Applications were due no later than 31 July 2023. If an award recipient(s) is selected, that recipient will be honored during the AACE Annual Business Meeting and Awards Celebration held on Thursday, 5 October 2023 during the 2023 International Cancer Education Conference.
